Growth Plans are a premium subscription service that provide eligible publishers access to advanced features and services such as payout options, reporting tools, monetization features, support resources, and additional platform benefits.
Is a paid subscription required to use FlexOffers?
No. Publishers can continue participating on the FlexOffers platform without a paid subscription by remaining on the Starter Plan at no charge. Paid subscriptions for advanced Plans are optional and supplemental.
How do I subscribe?
Publishers can subscribe to the Growth Plan of their choice directly through the FlexOffers Publisher Platform section labeled “Growth Plans.” inside their account dashboard.
When do subscription changes take effect?
Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and other Growth Plan changes may take effect immediately or be scheduled for a future effective date. If a change is scheduled, your current Growth Plan benefits remain active until the effective date of the new subscription. Certain financial benefits, payment schedules, referral bonuses, and billing-related changes may become effective according to the applicable payment cycle and operational requirements.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Publishers may cancel their Growth Plan subscription at any time. Growth Plan benefits remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Are subscription fees refundable?
No. Growth Plan subscription fees are non-refundable and no prorated credits are issued for partial billing periods.
Does a Growth Plan subscription apply to all domains and traffic sources in my account?
Yes. Growth Plan benefits apply to your entire Publisher account, including all approved domains and traffic sources associated with that account unless otherwise specified.
If I have multiple domains, do I need a separate subscription for each one?
No. Growth Plan subscriptions apply at the publisher account level and include all approved domains and traffic sources associated with that account.
Does the Growth Plan apply to all users of my account?
Yes. Growth Plan benefits apply at the account level and extend to all authorized users associated with the subscribed publisher account. Only the account Admin may purchase, modify, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a subscription plan.
Can I change my mind after scheduling a Growth Plan change?
Yes. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel Growth Plan subscriptions at any time. Certain changes may become effective immediately, while others may become effective at the start of the next billing cycle depending on the change being requested.
