How to adjust the commission amount for a conversion?

If for any reason you need to adjust the commission amount for an individual transaction, please follow the steps below:

Click on ‘Accounting’ tab from the list on the left side of the Advertiser platform.
From the dropdown menu, select ‘Reconcile Sales’
In Reconcile Sales, the sales will be broken down by Domain/Publisher
Select the Publisher you would like to edit the transaction from and click on the ‘View More’ icon on the far left
Once you find the particular transaction you would like to edit, under ‘Adjustments’ column, click on the Plus ‘+’
When a new window pops up, select the reason you would like from the dropdown menu, and enter the adjusted/correct commission amount, then click on ‘Submit’ button.
